Help, I'm having technical issues.
If you're having any technical issues, we suggest that you download the latest version of your internet browser. Along with this please also clear your browsing history/cache and refresh the page. This often solves a lot of the problems. If you're still having issues please contact us and include as much information as possible, including what you have tried so far and screen shots of any error messages you may be getting.
How do I use my discount/promo code?
Your discount code should be entered at checkout. It will be located next to the 'pay with card' button, just enter your discount code and click apply and you're done! Please note that some codes cannot be redeemed against sale items so that is sometimes a reason for a code not working.
How much does delivery cost?

My order has not arrived yet?
If you're order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we're here to help, but before contacting us there's a few things you can try. Track the parcel using the tracking number you will have received in your confirmation email using the appropriate website. Also check any safe places the driver may have left the parcel such as in a porch, behind bins/shed or with a neighbour.
How do I return something to you?
You can return all or some of the goods and receive a full refund for those items returned, please click here to view our returns policy. To do this you will need to log into your account using your email address and your password. If you bought your items via the express checkout option then you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to upgrade your account so that you can view your order history and generate a returns form.
I have received an incorrect item in my order?
We're sorry to hear you've received a wrong item in your order. Please click here to follow the returns policy and explain you've received an incorrect item on your returns form. We can't directly exchange the item for you so we ask you to re-order the preferred item.
An item is missing from my order?
In your parcel you should find a delivery invoice telling you what you should be expecting inside. We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any items will be arriving separately. If an item is missing please use the contact form below or email email@example.com with your order number and missing items name and product code and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How long does it take for a refund?
We will refund your account the day we receive the returned items, but please allow for delivery time to reach us. Once we have refunded your account it may take up to three working days to appear in your account.
Will my items fit me?
We have provided size guides for you to check the fit of the garment. This can be found on the product description, just click the size guide tab.
The item I want is out of stock, will you be getting more stock?
Unfortunately we don't currently have the facility to let you know when or if an item is due back in. We like to keep our products exciting and up to date so we don't tend to restock a lot of our products. However if the item of clothing you want is a Religion Clothing piece we do replenish those regularly, so please keep checking back!
My payment method isn't working, what should I do?
If you're having trouble paying for an item there's a few things you can try. First check that the the address you have used is correct and is filled in fully. The billing address must match the billing address for your card. You may also be asked for a 3D secure password from your bank that you will need to process the payment. If you're still having problems please try using another computer or card, if possible. The security protocols on our site are set to the highest standards to ensure maximum online security for our customers and our business. From time to time this may mean a genuine customer is declined if the bank card being used is not registered to the same address as the billing address on check out or the details such as you name and address or your Visa Verified code have been incorrectly inputted. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this is an issue.
Can I use PayPal?
Yes you can pay via PayPal or alternatively Skrill as a safe way to pay online.
