STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
UK MAINLAND CUSTOMERS
DELIVERY CHARGES - We offer FREE standard delivery to all UK Mainland customers who purchase full price items. We also offer FREE standard delivery to UK Mainland customers who spend over £100 on sale items.
UK customers who spend £100 or less on sale items have the option to select next working day delivery for £7.95 or Recorded Signed For for (2-4 working days) £4.95.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatched email with a tracking number so that you can keep updated on the delivery status of your parcel. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is required. If you are not present when the delivery is attempted, you will be left a card informing you what to do next. All orders received before 2.00pm Monday-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2.00pm, at weekends or on public holidays, will be sent the next working day. If there is a problem with your order that prevents us from dispatching it, for example it is not currently in stock in our warehouse, then we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day.
EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note orders are sent out by Royal Mail Airsure or DPD. Please note that some European and International orders are not tracked due to the some countries postal systems, because of this we use a signed for service when delivered.
Whilst we have a Delivery Policy as outlined above and whilst we will use our best endeavor to meet those standards, because delivery is carried out by third party organizations we cannot guarantee the delivery times and periods as above stated.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
DELIVERY CHARGES - European Community (EU) £20, International £25.
If your order is to be delivered outside the United Kingdom your order must be over £400 of non-sale or discounted items to qualify for FREE delivery. However if items are over 2 kilos, then we will have to make charge for delivery regardless of delivery address.

TAX-FREE SHOPPING
Serene Order does not charge any customs duties on international shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Serene Order. While we do not expect there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or Post Office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.
VAT EXEMPTION - If you are VAT exempt then our website will allow you to shop VAT free. Since the charging of VAT is determined by both Invoice and Delivery addresses, then VAT cannot be calculated until checkout. For this reason, eligibility for VAT exception is established using the following rules:
1. If your Invoice Address OR Delivery address is in the UK you will be charged VAT
2. If your Invoice Address AND Delivery address are outside the EU you will not be charged VAT
3. If your Invoice Address AND Delivery address are Jersey or Guernsey you will not be charged VAT
Your shopping basket will reflect your VAT eligibility before you are asked to complete your order. If you have supplied a valid email address, you will also receive an order confirmation which will also confirm eligibility. Please contact us if you believe you have been charged VAT incorrectly.
