DELIVERING YOUR GOODS

 Deliveries are normally made within 1 - 3 working days of despatch unless your goods are being sent outside of the UK.  Deliveries under £50.00 are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will take up to 3 working days. Orders over £50.00 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery™ and are guaranteed for next day delivery before 1.00pm. All order may be tracked on our website using the section called “My Account”.

 

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is required. If you are not present when the delivery is attempted, you will be left a card informing you what to do next.

 

All orders received before 2.00pm Monday-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2.00pm, at weekends or on public holidays, will be sent the next working day. If there is a problem with your order that prevents us from despatching it, for example it is not currently in stock in our warehouse, then we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day.

 

OVERSEAS ORDERS

If you are an international customer please be aware that PayPal is the best form of transaction or by using Visa credit cards which are enrolled in the Verified by Visa programme (3D Sercure).

 Serene Order does not charge any customs duties on international shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Serene Order. While we do not expect there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or Post Office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.

 

International customers may receive an additional email when we receive the order. This is to confirm identity and delivery address due to increased security procedures required for overseas transactions. Normally we will require a copy of a current utilities bill or bank statement showing either the billing or delivery address.

VAT Exemption

 

 If you are VAT exempt then this website will allow you to shop VAT free. Since the charging of VAT is determined by both Invoice and Delivery addresses, then VAT cannot be calculated until checkout. For this reason, eligibility for VAT exception is established using the following rules:

1. If your Invoice Address OR Delivery address is in the UK you will be charged VAT
2. If your Invoice Address AND Delivery address are outside the EU you will not be charged VAT
3. If your Invoice Address AND Delivery address are Jersey or Guernsey you will not be charged VAT

Your shopping basket will reflect your VAT eligibility before you are asked to complete your order. If you have supplied a valid email address, you will also receive an order confirmation which will also confirm eligibility. Please contact us if you believe you have been charged VAT incorrectly

 

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

 

Free Delivery to all UK Mainland customers who purchase Spring Summer 2010 products which are not in Sale or discounted.

 

United Kingdom £5.50, European Community (EU) £12, International £18.

 

Delivery is FREE if your order is over £150 and delivered within the United Kingdom Mainland. If your order is to be delivered outside the United Kingdom your order must be over £750 to qualify for FREE delivery. However if items are over 2 kilos, then we will have to make charge for delivery regardless of delivery address.

 

Whilst we have a Delivery Policy as outlined above and whilst we will use our best endeavours to meet those standards, because delivery is carried out by third party organisations we cannot guarantee the delivery times and periods as above stated.
